The ignition switch is stuck in Lock postion. How do you get it to move?
Did you make sure the car is in park. You can't turn an ignition on if it is in something other than park. It could also be that you need to push in as you turn to unlock it.
Of course you need to put in the keys in the ignition keyhole and turn either way the steering wheel to get out of the locked position.
pull really really hard on your steering wheel to unlock it.
