how would you know if the person you have now is "the One"?

I have enough relations until I meet my hustbant.I was for long relationships but when I met him I just knew he was mine.The same for him.You don't have to wait to feel something special you just feel it.It is natural if you got the luk to meet your soul mate.We get married after a mounth,very quikly I say.Love just hits you for no reason that the part most interesting in life.

I dont know if there is a way to say that you finally have the "one" not unless you have faced every problems together including pains, shortcomings, individual diferences, and the truth that your beloved one is not perfect and your relationship is just like the others struggling in everything. BUt the moment you both survive and still feels that o matter what happen you still love that person and you still cant see yourself without him then I guess taht would be the time that you can say to yourself that he/she is the one for you.
When we are in a relationship we always feel that this could be the one we are waiting for... until the time taht you get used for each other... or for some reason you have to bid goodbye... then you will realize that he/she is still not the one for you.
And I agree with you that it takes time to know if you really find the right one for you.

For years i didn't have a boyfriend because of searching and waiting for "the one" but then i realize we will never know that he/ she is the one until we spend time with him/her until our old age. Yes make yourself a suitable one first then the rest will follow. As for me as long as im loved by the other person and happy with the relationship then i'll cherish and hold on to this relationship until we reach our old age then he will be the one...

For me,I won't really know until we get married if that happens.Even married couples still have those uncertainties and later on split up after years.I feel bad for those relationships.

Personally, I would really say "This is very difficult"..Knowing the person better is quite a difficult!..In fact, at this point in my life I don't believe about searching the right one.For me, "the right one" will just come into your life unexpected!

I believe you know when you can not get this person out of your head. When you split up for example you just don't meet anyone that comes up to his her standards. I know as I am lucky in that I have met the one but I believe that the majority of us never do.
You click with the one immediately and trouble is you can't unclick. Apart from that the one feels the same way about you. Once you meet them you have to work at being together
