Who is the bookworm?

i love to read anything that is non fiction...i mostly like history or books on writing.

Oh yes, I'm a bookworm. I can't get enough books. I read on all sorts of subjects--archeology, culinary history, fiction, memoirs. I'm hungry for books. Where I work, I can purchase books for 50 cents each. Our limit is supposed to be 4 books a day, but the ladies in our bookstore let me go over the limit. I'll bring home 6-8 books a day. And yes, I'm planning to read each one.

yes, i am a big bookworm.but i dont like reading books of history,and philosophy.They are too boring .i can appracite that kind of books.my favorite book is about computer science,magnizes,literature,ect.we live in an information age,reading is not only to enjoy ourselves but also to keep pace with the era,we have to read more to improve ourselves,in order to study well and work well.

I enjoy reading books myself. Reading seems to take my mind off of other things.

When I was a kid all I'd do was read. I always had a book with me (most of the time it was Babysitter's Club books). One year for christmas I got my own Tv for my bedroom and from that time on I pretty much stopped reading. In a way i am angry at my mother for getting me a TV, because my interest in reading stopped and instead of falling asleep with a book over my face I now fall asleep with the remote in my hand. I think it is really really important for parents to limit the amount of comouters/tv their children have interaction with on a day to day basis and really encourage reading. If it's encouraged from an early age, the literacy skills of young people today will improve, because it's pretty shocking now.

I have read many books including literature,science,technology and history in my student time,but since I educated from university,I never read a book.I have no time on books and always read on the net when I meet a problem in my job,especially I must spend some money when I buy books.So it's more convenient to read on the net than read books.

Book worms.. Im not a book worm.. Books are important but books are not only the source of knowledge. BOoks provide only the things what happened in life and sometimes some extraordinary imagination of writers too.. But only having contact with other people.. speaking to the scientists or scholars only make a man perfect with lots of knowledge.. So books just offers the basics but the major part should be taken from own life itself..
