heres a simple but good recipe that i use in my house.its a chili bake.4 egg whites,1/3 cup of flour,16 ounces of mexican blend cheese,1 cup of evaporated milk,3 cans of enchilada sauce.heat your over to 350 spray your casserole dish.in a bowl combine the egg whites, milk, and flor.beat until well blended.place the 1/2 the green chilies in baking dish.cover with 1/2 of the egg mixture.then i spread about 1/3 of the cheese on top.repeat layers, then save the last 1/3 of the cheese, pour the sauce on top of the casserole.bake for about 30 on 350 degrees.then you can sprinkle the remaing cheese, and bake additional 5 minutes just for it to melt, and its bubbly.this is really good.i love to come up with different thing to make for dinner, and this was a quick and easy one,and its good for company too.

how about some fish head curry? just add in lots of tiny chilis. I'm sure you know that the tiny chilis are much spicer than the large red ones that look like red peppers right? the tiny chilis are called chili padi in singapore. you can cook some curry and dump a load of those chillis inside and there you have your hot fix! enjoy!

try the tacos with chili sauce. or tortillas with chili toppings. How to do the latter one. Well, it is easy. Buy tortillas. You just need to prepare for the toppings. You need sliced tomatoesinto little bits, onion bits, cheese bits, chilli beans. Just mixed them and it's done. Try spaghetti with chilli sauce. The easiest and no sweat. Cook extra chilli hot pancit canton. hehehe
