What should we do to an overly jealous partner

Hello.
I hawe lived with a partener who was like that and after one year I hawe to brake up it will not go well living with someone who is jealous, you can do nothing and you dont hawe a life and it will kill you as a person.
Hawe a nice day.

Dump them and move on. I had one once that was like that, not at the start mind you but months later when he got comfortable. It didn't last long, once I seen he wasn't going to change and I couldn't do nothing for him but give in which was somthing I couldn't live with, I just broke it off and moved on.

Run like crazy, far far away. That is not a healthy relationship, and it could get to be an unsafe relationship as well. I am my own person, and I deserve my own freedom. I would not stay in that situation for a minute. Love is not fearful and demanding.

If my partner was like that I would leave them. There is absolutely no reason a person should have to be treated like a common criminal unless of course they are one. Now if you have given reason for them to be so jelous and possessing than it takes a long, long time to get that trust back if ever.

Before selecting a partner for our business we should observe and understand the charecter of the person. I will not engage with someone who is not closely attached with me. Even then there are chance for that person to develope some jelousy towards me. In that case I will be cautious and keep most intimate things away from him/her. If I find the person unbearable I will finally detatch trucks with that person.

Partners like this are way more harmful than we may think. We may be flattered by their actions and think that they are cute. But in truth, we need to run, keep on running and never look back this is very dangerous situation to be in.
Jealousy is nothing to play with. Any person who will demand anything of you is no good for you. These are the men who say things like, if I can't have you, no one can and then blow your brains out.
There is a lady who was on the Oprah Winfrey show that they call, "The Lady Without A Face." Her boyfriend promised her that he would kill her and her family. Instead of taking him seriously, she allowed the mother to move in.
To make a long story short, he fatally shot the mother in the stomach and shot his girlfriend in the face and left her for dead. The mother was able to make it to a neighbors house to call 911. When the paramedics arrived, they were so sure that the woman was dead that they were stepping over her face.
She survived, but her face is permenantly disfigured and she hast to live with the guilt of what happened to her mother for the rest of her life. I was in a potenially abusive relationship when I heard this story and I got out of it.
Now, I am working on myself daily and waiting for God to send me the right man for me. It does not make any sense for me to play Russian Roulette in love, when I can wait on the Lord for my Adam.

I would definitely leave a partner like that. I would say "If you can't trust me, then obviously we shouldn't be together." I really can't stand jealousy, to be honest. It's one of the biggest destroyers of relationships. I would even say it destroys more relationships than cheating does, because many people who cheat only do it after repeatedly being unjustly accused by their partners.

If I were ever with a jealous partner, I would tell them they had a very short time to stop that behavior, and if it didn't stop, I would leave them.

Sometimes say 'no' to them!
It is essencial and can protect you!

i would leave because if you dont have trust then you dont realy have anything worth working on!

my partner is something like this and still don't know what to do to calm him down and don't know if he would ever change and renounce to his ill jealousy.he's getting me nuts.oh,i just can't resist with this.if i ask him to don't be so jealous he says: "and what do you want me to do"to shut up and let you f*** with others?"
how to explain him that i don't need to do this and if i would want to do it i could do it without he would find even if he wants to control everything i do
