Do the hard working is better than work smart  | |  In my office,my superior always say work smart.
But when i work smart i make my staff in bad situation.
How do u suggest??

If we just has a hardworking in our work,we dont even things about what we do,and always give the same quality for our services or work.But if we combined both "H and S" we will always things how to get the best performance or improvement in our job!
