India an Outsourced Land----Now i undersatand why all americans think indians r  | |  YO yea man now i understand man why india is an outsourced land man, and y all americans think that indians are taking away their JOBS.....more than 10 million IT-Jobs coming to india within 2009 . Sorry people its our time now, Young brigade of india certainly believes we can be SUPER POWER nation.Very Soon India will be called as SOFTWARE COUNTRY ....ha ha...but yes we r not stealing anybody's JOBS but we r creating opportunity for lots of other developing nation, they r invited to gain experience from our software development firms,they r free to be here and learn out our new work ethics,approach...Etc. Already thousands of americans r appointed jobs in India, so its a step towards GLOBALISATION we all gonna gain from it.Once again i wanna stress, we r not stealing jobs,we believe in GROWTH...and we r here to win. Lets support each other to be in a race.

I do not how it is in India, but here there are advertisements to gain a trade and if you qualify, you will get part or more of your training paid for. This means there are some who do not qualify, either because they make too much to take the course and yet their wages are not enough so they can take the upgrade course and support their families. So therefore they are a little resentful of others coming in and taking over their jobs and the Americans who do go over there have been able to pay for the training. I do not know about India but it does seem to me that your government helps pay for your training and does not put any restrictions as to who gets paid or not. Correct me if I'm wrong.

| suspenseful (17152) | 3 years ago | We have to pay for our education, unless we are poor enough, then the government pays for it, but they only allow a limited period to upgrade. I was only given six months, not the two or three years it takes for a course. | |

We can see that just before two years $1 was equal to Rs. 45-50 but now its just varing between Rs 40.19-40.89 and is going to be go down in future.
