 How many times do you brush your teeth every day? I usually brush my teeth five times. I brush my teeth with toothpaste after getting up in the morning and before going to bed at night. I brush my teeth without toothpaste after each meal. You know, it's not good to use toothpick so i use toothbrush instead of toothpick. What about you?

2.  stealthy (3008) | 3 years ago |  I brush twice a day. In the morning after getting up and at night before going to bed and I floss well before going to bed. Because I have a few places where some types of food can get caught, I also floss to remove that food whenever I have eaten it. I go to the dentist twice a day and get good reports on my care so what I do seems to work well.
