Where have you traveled to? How many countries have you been to? Where to you plan to go next? I've only been within the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. I hope to go Italy and India one day and am planning to go on a cruise next summer but I'm not sure where to yet.

I really love to travel and have been to many different countries. I have been to Australia and New Zealand and think they are great for enjoying the great outdoors. I discovered that I love tropical islands and have been to Fiji, French Polynesia, the Cook islands and Samoa. I have been to another tropical island: St Lucia. I have been to the USA, Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. I went to Turkey, Israel and Jordan. I have been to another tropical island: the Maldives. I have visited Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indonesia. I have been to Tunisia, Kenya and another tropical island: the Seychelles. I did a safari and saw many wild animals. I have been to Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Germany. I went to Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. I have been to Switzerland and Austria. I have been to Spain, Italy, Malta, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia and Slovenia. I have been to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. I enjoyed the old cities and pretty coastline. Next month I am going to Portugal.

I only travel for my own enjoyment not work. I just love seeing the culture and landscapes of different countries you see.

I have not been to very many places, I have been to Thailand, Taiwan, China and USA. I really would love to go to Europe someday because I admire their arhitecture very much and I love their history. I wish to go explore the places and get to know the places more. Besides, I would really want to stay longer in France (if I had a chance to go) because I studied French before but never get a chance to practice in real, I would love to see how my French goes when I am there. It would be wonderful.

I bet France would be fun! I'm the same way but about Italy, I studied it but never get a chance to really use it so that's one of the main reasons I want to go, lol. That and the food! I'd have to loose 30lbs just so I could go there and gain 20 without feeling bad, lol.

*laughs* Great idea! I was actually laughing hard after I read your phrase! No wonder you wanted to go to Italy! Yes the food is great and I think it would be such a beautiful and fun place too! But if you really go there, you have to be careful of your personal belongings, a few of my friends got things stolen in the streets and on the train - they are really good *laughs*.

LOL, if I got to Italy I will have no self-control over my eating! Thanks for the tip, I'll keep it in mind if I do go. I'd hate for the vacation to be ruined by such an ugly episode.

I live in the United States. I've been to Mexico, New Zealand, and Australia. I'd like to go to Ireland, Italy, Tasmania, Switzerland, Austria, and Canada. Someone told me the other day here on Mylot that they thought every American had been to Canada. I don't know why they would think that. If a person lives in New York, Michigan, or other states close to the border, then yeah, it's easy to go. But I'm thousands of miles away from the Canadien border. But I hope to be there someday.

I did the long-distance thing with someone who lives in Canada and I loved going there. I went to Saskatoon, Sk and it's so pretty and the people are so nice. I loved the weather, it wasn't sticky hot but still hot. I'd only go there in the warm months though because in the winter they get world record low temps and I was so no cool with even thinking about trying that.
