any suggestion of business with small capital?

First, what are some things that you like to do? Second, is there anything that is thrown away or wasted in your area? For example: My brother likes to do construction work. He worked at a location where they were throwing away pieces of metal. He asked them if he could have it, so he recycled the metal and made some money by bringing it to a place that pays for metal to be remelted. It cost him some time to pull non-metal parts off and gas in his truck to bring it. I worked packing and unpacking books so I could pay bills. Part of the unpacking was throwing some very nice paper away. The paper could be used for art projects. I used some to create signs for my yard sale, sold some, and gave some away as presents. It cost me nothing because I was going home anyway. But maybe in your area, there is less waste, so maybe that wouldn't work as well. But they are some ideas.
