Do You Like to Throw Things? Do You Ever Make Opportunities for Throwing?

I guess I like the sound of breaking glass, too. I really don't understand why I like to throw things at glass, but I do.

I looked among the other replies, and I have to agree with Angelwhispers that bowling balls are amusingly satisfying.
Especially if you get a STRIKE.

It sounds like you and your sister had a lot of fun growing up, someonesmom. I can remember with great fondness playing similar games with my brothers, as well as throwing a baseball with them literally for hours at a time.

I bet that you would like skipping stones, and that you would be good at it. You should seek out an opportunity to give it a try real soon!

We did have a lot of fun when we were growing up. Thanks for the vote of confidence in my ability to skip stones. Maybe I should try it, as it least it would give me an opportunity to be near water, which I find very peaceful, and a great stress reliever. Another thing I throw these days, once in awhile, is 'a hissy fit.' Does that count?;)

A hissy fit most definately counts!

I like the stone skipping because it is relaxing. I like being on the water like that.

I hope that your angry Donald Duck is sometimes included in that hissy fit!

You remember hearing about my angry Donald Duck? I don't normally incorporate him into my 'hissy fits,' as he's just for fun, and he doesn't manifest himself very often. Maybe I should try using 'him' to difuse myself quicker. I also do a bashful 'Goofy' impersonation.:)

How could I forget Donald? That's one of my most treasured myLot moments!

oh that was great fun as a child... our neighborhood had a raquette ball court and it was rarely used - my brother and I loved to go down there and play handball against that large green outdoors wall - we would use our tennis balls to do this.

The water gun game is a fun game, ibuemma. I don't much care for games at carnivals, as I know their goal is for me to not win.

It's good to see that you care for the environment like you do, suspenseful.

I hadn't considered throwing a bowling ball, Angel, and I'm impressed that you actually throw it at pins. I have heard of some people throwing gas cans!!

I like your idea about our fascination with throwing being associated with flying.

Thanks Sugar, now that school is back in session and the yard work at home coming near the end for the season I expect to be around a lot more. I certainly have missed all of this the last couple of months.

Do be careful the next time your angry and in a throwing mood, cmsk2005! You could get hurt, or someone else could get hurt, or you could destroy something valuable.

I enjoy skimming as opposed to rimming as well, alfie. As for your molotov cocktail outings, those sound like a lot of fun! You always are on the cutting edge of things, even skimming stones.

We used to have cow patty fights, Calais! Ah, the memories. I had forgotten about those days.

They are like frisbees, they can be quite dangerous someone could get decapitated.
