Here in the Philippines, I usually buy books is at National Book Store and Power Books ..they have a collection set of books and or reference materials both foreign and local. More than ever they are really affordable

You can buy it online through Amazon or Barnes and Noble or Ebay also sometimes.There are some local stores here at our place where they sell second hand books in good condition at very cheap rates .Moreover I am lucky to get a very good library near my house where free o cost you can have access to loads of books.
