| | 3. applecartronnie (810) | 3 years ago | hmm. i am some what like that but now i dont allow my self to be rushing all the time, i just tell my self in side to keep quiet and relax and breathe. why stress, what will happen will happen for the best, i have faith i GOD over all things and keep quiet. drinking a lot of water is good, atleast 3 ltrs, having a good multi vitimin with multi meneral is good. the nature og humans is so but underneath there is always calm. connect to it, it will sooon give you peace. pray and be chilled. love, apple.

However, stress can make me feel so sick. It's not good to feel stress, but stress is one thing that will never leave our life, it's actually make this life more interesting. This way, life can go up and down.
