yeah, a lot of my friends entrusted me their secrets and i surely kept it. no one will ever trust you again if you broke your promise especially with secrets. if u can't keep a secret, better not to promise.

I believe i can keep a secret. Although i normally share them only with my partner. I guess it depends on the secret. I know my partner can be trusted to keep a secret, so that's why i tell him.

Hi smellyfinger! When I promised someone I will keep his or her secret, I will be true on that promise. I guess, I will be taking those secrets to my grave. However there were some instances that I was tempted to divulge a secret or two because the ones who shared those secrets were so unfair and cruel to me and I wanted so much to get even and how I struggled to control myself back then. But for some reasons I never said a word to anyone. Good thing, I didn't because if I did, I would be thinking of myself unworthy of trust. Take care and have a nice day!

yea. I am able to keep a secret. But the problem with me is sometimes I cannot differentiate what is a secret and what is not. There are instances where I said something to someone else not knowing that that is a secret that I am not supposed to tell. I have learnt my lesson. Nowadays, I'll ask my friends whether what they are saying is a secret or not. If it is, I shall just listen and not pass it on.

yes, i can honestly say that i can keep a secret. i have never told somebody someone elses secret. That just isnt me... you know how people get mad at each other and tell their friends secrets??? well, i dont do that i am going to keep your secret to myself even if we are not friends and even if we are worst enemies... i wont even tell someones secret even if they tell mine that is just how true to my word i am... i do treat people the way i want to be treated and i would not want somebody to blab my secret out so i dont tell their secret... i mean it just isnt because i dont want my secret out that i dont tell people its that i promised i wouldnt tell...i mean i know things about people that i wouldnt tell and they dont know anything to say about me... when someone tells a secret i told them then i know now that i will never be able to trust that person again. they ruined all the trust i had in them by telling one thing... i dont give no second chances with that stuff... i dont like people with big mouths which is why i dont tell all of my business to alot of people... people let you down way to much to trust to many... and females is the ones with the biggest mouth of them all you better watch what you tell a female... but i have a good sense for people like i know who the big mouths are... so i watch who i tell my business to and i only tell the ones who i feel i can trust... and so far i havent really been let down... i hope that continues...

If it's something serious, absolutely. But I have a habit now of letting things slip out. Like an old boyfirend once told me something about him that I found to be questioning of his sexuality, and I decided to tell a trusted friend about it to see what her opinion would be. I felt like I had no choice but to share it if I wanted help with the issue. So I did.
