What kind of bed do you sleep on and why? |
|
Just wondering what kind of bed you sleep you... Soft, hard in between and why? I have a rather soft bed that I can lay on because the hard ones tend to make me tight when I wake up I can hardly move and I do get headaches.. In between ons do the the same to me.. I don't know why that is... So which do you prefer and why?

2. creematee (1645) | 3 years ago | When my hubby and I first got married we bought a serta mattress. IT was fairly firm, and at the time, felt nice. AFter 3 kids, and almost 10 years, we decided that it was time to change. We were getting too old for our bed, and getting stiff and sore when we would wake up. (Gosh, I'm only 36! LOL!) Anyway, we just purchased a Simmons Beautyrest mattress. (The ones advertised with the bowling ball bouncing on it) I absolutely love it!
It is quite soft, and sometimes, I feel like a turtle on my back when I try to roll over. I can deal with it though, because I don't toss and turn like I did, I fall asleep easier, and best of all, my bones and joints aren't as stiff in the morning.
good luck with your bed shopping. It truely is a matter of choice and preference to what you like.

wisconsin26 (2006) | 3 years ago | Thank you.... Simmons Beautyrest mattress I kept being told those were really nice. I may just have to look into that actually.. lol Tossing and turning I think is my major problem when it comes to going to bed.. I think it might have alot to do with either to soft or to hard.. I think I need to go and test some out actually...lol Thanks for the reply!

wisconsin26 (2006) | 3 years ago | You sound just like me, But my husband loves hard beds for what ever reason I don't know.. I've been trying hard to get him to sleep in a softer one but he won't.. I think maybe he just sleeps better unlike me.. I don't like waking up stiff and sore.. That just ruins my day! Thanks for your reply!!

wisconsin26 (2006) | 3 years ago | Thats how they last longer or at least that's what people say anyway.. The more you flip them the better your sleep is.. Mines i give up on it.. It's just plain to hard.. I think the floor is just as hard as mine.. I do though throw out a air mattress and sleep on, I think it's alot softer... Thanks for your reply!!

8. kimthedane (573) | 3 years ago | I have a water bed and would not swoop it for anything else. Mainly coz i have some cronic back problems it is pretty good, but also the fact that you can control the temp on it. In the winter you heat it up, so you have a nice warm bed to jump into. In the summertime you just switch power of and it will be nice and cool. Works brilliant for me:)
