There was a group of us who talked in Yahoo in the evenings, we decided to all meet, and when I met him, I ended up moving to TN 3 months later. Now 8 years later, we are married, have custody of his daughter, and have a son (7 yrs.) together. So I guess I would say it was love at first sight.

We met in that group, then started emailing and chatting privately as well, for hours at a time every day. We did that for about six months without ever exchanging photos or meeting, because we wanted to get to know each other from the inside first. We had already fallen in love before we saw pics...and it was another three months after that before we met in person!!
