What is the best way to ask for more money from your Bos?
And when? In what situacion?

Work hard and work sincerely. There should be loyalty to the firm you work for and donot indulge in anti-company activities. These qualities should bring reward in the form of increment. If the company is not sensitive to these, then it is not worth working in that company.

I think the best time to ask money from your boss is when you really need it. Example an emergency, you should also work hard so that your boss can give you the money that you want without hesitations. I think its all about the hard work and the real use of the money.
