Which do you prefer long or short hair for a girl?

I like having my hair cut short. I used to only cut it short when it started getting on my nerves. It's curly and tangly and hard to manage, and I would grow it out for as long as I could stand it and finally just go crazy and hack it all off.

When I was pregnant with my son last year I cut it very short because I didn't want to have to deal with it, and then I grew it out until it started tickling my neck. Finally I've found a hairstyle I like now though, with it about halfway down my ears in front and then wedged in the back... because then it doesn't tickle my neck but it's not so short I feel naked. I think I'm going to keep it this style for a long time actually.=)

I think it would depend on what my daughter wanted and not whether boys think it is more attractive. She is the one who has to wear it and not all faces look good in long hair. Not all body shapes can handle it either. I remember being a chunky kid with long hair and I saw a picture of me and thought I looked like a kid wrestler with long hair. I think too that hair length should not be a gender issue...ie.. short for boys and long for girls.

The hair length and style is not important to me in actualaity. I feel that the personality comes first and foremost. But I prefer a shoter style maybe shoulder length at best. Thats my wifes length also.

many says i look better with my long heair..i had tried the short one and i look awful..see, i cut my hair when i;m not feeling good inside..i feel like cutting it would cut the stress either..i know its weird but yeah thats how i was..i know i look better with m long hair because i have a long and small face..

It depends what the girl likes and what is convenient. After ascertaining these factors, one can decide what kind of hairstyles(girls) one should have.

I don't know whether that's true or not but all I know my husband like woman with long hair too. and the good hing is I love my hair long because I ever try once to cut my hair short and ended up bad. I think I have my confidence in my long hair and I like to style like I just wake up. and I never brush my hair with comb except after I wash it ( I hope that's not so weird ). if the styling not good I only use my hands. and finally I dye my hair every 4 months. and for you if you want to cut your hair short. don't you wanna try victoria beckham's hairstyle. I think if this is your picture the style looks good on you.

I think it will depend upon person to person. Some of the females look beautiful with short hair and some look cute with their long hair. I you give me a choice, I would perfer a person with short hair. I think in short hair one looks prettier, cute and beautiful in comparison to long hair. Choice will varry from person to person.

I prefer short hair for a girl.
But all depends on the girl's face shape.
If she has round face, short hair is just good for her.
But if she has oval-shaped face, then long hair is suitable for her.

it will depend on the person wearing it! like the moustache on man it will depend on how he will look. but for a person like you cute and beautiful i say you must have long hair.
