Chicken marinade

in all honest I like to use hidden valley ranch and sprinkle it on my chicken let it sit then bread it it maes wonderful chicken

also lemon garlic and olive oil, my hubby does this and it taste great

Here's a delicious barbecue sauce for chicken on the grill. My father has used this since I can remember, and he always receives the compliments at mealtime.

In a medium bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Use to marinate chicken before cooking as desired. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have.

I'll share with you one of my simple recipes in marinating chickens. First one is as simple as ABC and you'll love the taste of it. You marinade chicken with a fish sauce and lemons or vinegar and sprinkle a little of pepper if you want it a bit spicy but that is optional. The other one is marinating it with oyster sauce and lemons. But there's another one which you can even use pork. Use beer, vinegar, salt and sugar.

I used to marinade mine in Italian dressing and then grill it. It turned out scrumptious!

Ranch is a great idea. We use pretty much the same marinades for both steak and chicken. They work just as well. Another great chicken marinade is Zesty Italian Dressing. Just put both in a bowl and let soak for about 3 hours. It's really good.
