Is www.3in7.com legit?  

When I signed up for GDI, I signed up under the 3in7 system. I did receive 3 downline members during that period as they had guaranteed. Keep in mind, you need to get 1000 hits to your own referral link in order to be guaranteed your 3in7. You can do that easily either using traffic exchanges or by purchasing 1000 hits to your site via linkgrand or something like that type of program. Worse case scenario, if you don't get your 3in7, you will be reimbursed your first month's GDI fee.

I have been a member of GDI for a very long time. I have no sign ups and I am a member of another program that you can use for down building and get sign ups, it has not worked for me. I do not know why it do not work for me. Sorry I can not be more of help.
