This is a very good movie. Remind me of who am I used to be. All of us when we are kids, we dream of a world filled with so much fun, laughter, and joy. But it has changed through times when we grow older because people forgot to do good things to others. If you can "Pay it Forward" and make this world a better place to live, to who are you going to do this? Who are you going to start with?

You're right donsky14. In my country there are lots of kids living in the streets. They are not educated yet they feel hopeless as they think that there's no future for them. I will do the same thing like what you said. First, start it with the children. Give them hope and they will give hope to others.

To someone who's really in need of my help. It doesn't matter whether I know her/him or not. =P It could be an old lady who's trying to cross the road or someone who's been robbed and need to borrow money so she can take a cab and go home. I don't know who's who. I'll just follow my intuition and offer helps whenever I feel like the person needs my assistance/ =P

I've watched this feel good movie. Pay it forward is a good concept of helping one another so that everyone will benefit from the goodness it creates. Unfortunately, it's an idealistic concept, it can work but not as accurately as the one shown in the movie. Many businesses flourished or made millions have this concept, one example are MLM networking. Anyway, I'm an idealistic guy also so I'll share with your thoughts here. Since my parents are already well off, I'd say I'll start with children (my nephews and nieces) so that early in life I may cultivate in them this concept and hopefully apply them as they grow up. GBU!

i guess the whole idea of paying it forward is you don't get to choose specifically whom you will be nice to.. for me, i'd rather go along with life and when i sense someone who needed help, then just go ahead and help when available..
