What's your favourite song from Dirty Dancing? Why?

I like "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life" . It's a great exercising song.

i like hungry eyes because its seems funny to me and ofcourse its really good to dance with this songs

It is hard to pick a favorite, but I think I would go with "She's Like the Wind".

Dirty Dancing has an amazing soundtrack, it's hard to choose just one favorite! If I had to choose though, it would have to be "I've had the time of my Life"; it has such a great ring to it and it reminds me of the last dance that Johnny and Baby had together.

I think one of my favorites is I've Had the Time of My Life. It just wraps up the whole point of the movie I think. Its not from my favorite scene either, I just like it. Well I have to admit though I love almost all the music from the movie. lol

My favorite song is "Hungry Eyes". It not only is a wonderful song, but it always reminds me of the scene where she learns to dance and the moves of their bodies and the music blend like a charm.

I like the track (i've had)The Time Of My Life.. The song goes so well with their dance especially the last part of the movie.. I love that scene as well as the song.. Matches so perfectly..

I like em all!! I think it is a tie between She's Like the Wind because Patrick Swayze wrote and sang it and it fits perfectly and Time of my Life because it sums up the whole movie.

Favorite scenes: The hot dance scene in Johnny's room (The one they cut is much hotter, wow) and I like the song too that plays when they are dancing. (Come to Me). And the final scene, of course. Cuz nobody puts Baby in the corner, you know! lol.

I would definitely have to say "She's Like the Wind." It is such a romantic song. I think it is sung very well and the lyrics are unbelievable. I have always loved this song because I think it is a great example of how it sounds when a man truly exposes the deepest feelings within his soul for a woman. It's not very usual for a man to expose his emotions like that, and ever since I heard it in the movie it has always made a great impact with me.:]

although it was not included original soundtrack, my favorite dirty dancing song is 'cry to me' by solomon burke. it is the song that plays as baby and johnny dance together in his cabin and then make love for the first time.

what a gorgeous song. i just love it. men back then sure did know how to write one heck of a song.
