Too much OJ in the news

He may not have been convicted in the criminal court but he was found to be liable for their deaths in the civil courts and ordered to pay compensation to the families of the people he killed, therefore he was found guilty. It is hard to find good news as it is human nature to be interested in bad news, or at least if 2 papers where on sale and you could only buy one and one had the headlines 'everything is ok in town today, nothing happened' and the other had the headline 'politician arrested on triple slaying charge' then it is not hard to imagine which paper would sell most copy. OJ being in the news again is bound to interest people because of the publicity his last trial and then his book recieved, this is almost like the next installment of a long running series.

I agree. Too much of OJ is not good for anyone. I think he should have started being a good boy, minding his P's and Q's, and stayed out of the spotlight for the rest of his life. I swear the man is hooked on being in the news and the tabloids. He needs to stop thinking he's invincible and get over himself for crying out loud.

I totally agree that it's too much. It really makes me sad to see that our society is way more hung up on celebrities and what they are doing than we should be. I'm so tired of hearing about what OJ did and what Britney did and all the celebrity crap when there are so many more important issues in the world that no one is talking about. I don't understand the appeal of it all. Sure robbery is a bad thing and being a bad mom is a bad thing but everday people do the same things every day and nobody makes a weeklong big deal about it. Ugh!

Yeah, I hate seeing his name again. For all I care, he will get out of this case with the top notch lawyers he can hire.

Way too much about the whole thing.
In the first place I was one of the thirteen percent who didn't watch the chase.
I didn't need to, every one else was so wrapped up in it that it was told to me blow by blow. ridiculous
And with this new thing I am getting just as much imformation from the same people.

Personally I am sick of hearing about him. You can turn on the TV without hearing the latest OJ news. There so much more important things going on the world than OJ.
But then again I thought the same thing with the whole Paris Hilton going to jail thing. We really care what happens to these people?

I have to agree with you on this one, oneandone, this needs to be laid to rest. You have to wonder who is gaining from all of this publicity. I think that everyone's actions in the matter are suspect. I couldn't believe that Marcia Clark actually showed up as a blonde for the court appearance!
