Is there pricing bureau in America?  | |  One of my friends is working in Pricing Bureau.His job is to manage the market pricing.When the price of commodity discrease fastly,he together his colleague will go to check the reason and the case that violate the pricing regulation.He asked me to look for some documents about pricing management in foreign countries.But I can't find when I login the Internet.Others tell me there is no pricing management organization.Is it really?who can tell me how American manage and control the market pricing?

If I have a product for sale and 3 other people have the same product we will all pretty much keep the items at the same price. But I can sell my item cheaper than the other 3 then soon one of them may lower their price. but we may sell another product for a little more to even it out.
