| Hello there my friends  | | | |  Just popping in to say hi again today. Hope you are all having a great day no matter where you are at this time. Did you try out anything new this past week? I did, I bought some cinnamon sugar and am using it on top of my coffee and hot drinks. Apparently it is good for digestion problems and for nausea, next week when I shop I plan to buy some cayenne pepper as that is supposed to be good for circulation. I also went for a walk around the block with my hubby before it started to rain. I really need to get out more but I get caught up on the computer and the day just seems to get away on me. Anyhow I want to wish all my friends, both oldies and newbies, a wonderful day and will look forward to hearing from you all.

| |  What a nice message! I didn't try out anything new this week, really. I think it's a great idea to try something new every week though and I'm going to try that. If you want a good thing for digestion, try drinking ginger tea. You can get it at most health food stores or in some grocery stores. It tastes really good and spicy, and it really stimulates your digestion. It's supposed to help with circulation too.

| |  Cool! I tend to do new things every week but sometimes, i will feel like having old things with me is still better so ill end up of having the same thing without trying the new ones. Hopefully soon ill do it.
