A recent study shows that coffee lessen the risk to make an individual gets ill with diabetes.
Yes, it is true. Caffeine or a certain ingredient of coffee, which is or has a low sugar content lessen that risk.
As for me, am really aware of that.
Think of your health. A cup of coffee a day will save you.

Avoid eating sweet foods such as chocolates. Ampalaya is also a nice option for those people who suffer diabetes.
Coffee, as what you have mentioned, is also a good one.

Yes, I tried drinking coffee without sugar and my sugar level decreased or became negative, so I drink my favorite coffe with sugar now and my sugar level is now balanced. Diabetes usually occurs when a person is also emotionally, physically stressed.

I am having diabetic, the blood sugar level is with in safe limits. I take all precautions but neuropathy has set in, there is burning sensation in soles of feet..
i take 4 to 5 cups of coffee with milk and sugar free tablets..
