for first time pregnancy? how did you couples felt about it the first you heard

as far as i remember, the first thing that my husband said when i told him that i am pregnant was, "WHAT?!!!!" we didnt planned it so he was shock and ask me again are you serious? but later on he was happy being a dad

I was 22 when I got pregnant the first time. My first reaction was "oh holy sh*t!" and I pretty much stumbled around the rest of the day in a state of awe and shock. lol. My husband wasn't terribly enthusiastic at first, but he got over it. Unfortunately, I miscarried that one, so when I got pregnant again six months later, my first reactions were fear, then panic, then joy when I passed my first trimester.

Well when I found out I was pregnant for the first time (I have three) I took a test at home and was on the phone with my sister. It came out positive. I was shocked and went straight to the doctor, threw the test on the desk and asked how sure it was. Well then the doctor tested me and I was. That is when it truly felt real. First thing out of my mouth when I KNEW for sure I was pregnant was worriedly asking the doctor I had since I was little, "Do you think I would be a good mom?" He came over to me and put his arm around me and said "yes you would be a great mom!" That inspired me so much to be a good mom. I was very happy after that and the "glow" came right away. I loved waiting for the arrival to my first child, and I still am loving being a mom.

When I heard that my wife was pregnant, I was extremely happy for that. It was a milestone in our life after marriage as it symbolizes that our love is worth it. It is a nice gift to us. My wife was having the same feeling that I had.

My husband had always wanted to have kids, and I hadn't wanted any. However, over the years I had started to change my mind, and was thinking "Maybe in a year or two". And then I found out I was pregnant, and I couldn't get over the irony of it, that I had already been pregnant when I said that.
It didn't take long for my fear to turn into excitement though. The more I thought about the baby growing inside me, the happier I became about that child. And when I started having health problems during my pregnancy, I was so scared I was going to lose him. Luckily for us all he came out okay, and I've been a far more confident parent than I expected to be!=)

As a mother for the first time then, i was so excited and scared at the same time. I am very excited because i wanna know how my child going to look like. I am afraid because many negative thoughts were playing on my mind. I am scared my child will going to have physical deformities or mental sickness. But after 9 months, everything went out well. My child is healthy.

When the first time I told my hubby that I was pregnant he felt very happy and also rather unusual as this was something very new in his life that he hadn’t been experienced before. Anyhow he got worried that how to play the part of papa later on.

I was told for 10 years that I couldn't have kids so when I did a home pregnancy test and it turned out positive, I assumed it was wrong. I then went to the Doctor a few days later and he confirmed that I was pregnant. Right away I was so excited, happy, and I couldn't wait to tell my husband. When I told him he was really excited as well, and we cried together lol.

I was extremely excited! My husband and I wanted a baby, and I was having problems, so the doctor gave me some medicine, and I got pregnant within a month! My husband was a car salesman at the time, so I called him at work after I took my test to see if I could come up there. He said he was busy...maybe with a customer, or doing paperwork...I can't remember. Anyhoo, so I told him over the phone and he was shocked and excited!

When I learned that my gf was pregnant ( were not married yet still on the process LOL) I was so afraid coz were not ready yet and that time we are still studying both.

The first thing that come up with our mind is ABORTION! it is sad but it is our first reaction. We tried everything to abort our baby. After a week she's bleeding and her tommy was back to its normal figure. And we are happy abou't it coz we assumed that its gone already.

But after a week her tommy getting bigger and bigger. Its imposible but it true. So we said " Lord if this is your WILL we will accept it with all our hearts, HANDS UP and we will obey your WILL," Please do help us coz we can't supply his needs. I was a graduating during that time as well. And everthing is fine. I found a new job right away.

We did everything to restore the normal way of having a baby in her womb. Physical, emotional, spiritual growth we develope it and hoping it will help. I bought ANMUM always until for her 9 months detour and MORISHI as well.

We are always praying heartilly begging ( tears are falling from our eyes)to HIM that our son will be a normal baby, in spite of the things that we have done to our baby.

and when she delivered last November 1, 2006 and its a normal baby. THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR PARDON AND FOR EVERYTHING!!! Right now he is 11 months old and a very smart baby and energitic. I consider my baby as OUR TROPHY and a diploma (LOL).
