What kind of Christmas tree do you get?

That is cool. I wish we had the opportunity to get a real tree. I love the smell of the real trees. I have had an artificial tree for some time. It is just easier for me I guess. My husband is on deployment and getting a tree and hauling it home by myself really stinks. So, me and my daughter just pull out ole faithful and throw our ornaments on it, decorate the house and that's it. Next year we are hoping to be able to spend a christmas together that we aren't moving or he isn't on deployment so we can enjoy a nice traditional real christmas tree!

we usually put up an artificial one. about 4 years ago was the last time we had a real one. they are so darn expensive to buy where i live!

last year we bought a really neat artificial one though..its got fiber optics on all the branches so the ends of the needles light up..you can have them be muli-colored or all white and even make them do patterns..its quite pretty..and when all the lights are off at night the thing is practically mesmerizing to sit and watch.

In our country we usually buy artificial Christmas trees. They come in various sizes, colors, materials, styles, etc. They are made of different materials like plastic, barks of trees, etc. It is up to us to make our X'mas tree unique and creative each Christmas.

I have an artificial tree. Real trees pose a fire risk and you are picking those darn pine needles up for months after you throw the tree out. The decortions are what makes the tree in my mind not if the tree is real or fake.

We have an artificial tree. It's cheaper than buying a real one every year, for one thing. For another, it's better for the environment to not be killing a tree every year.
