High Blood Pressure or Low Blood Pressure?  |

 I have low Blood Pressure, I think it is good, I rather for itto be low than high. so what do you have. I half to take Iron Pills. I can always feel myself getting tire all the time, that is when I know I need to take some Iron Pills. I think that runs in My family. My husband has High Blood Pressure and has to take pills.

So I don't take any type of medication, though I do take vitamins; multi- vitamin D, C, Fish Oil, and garlic. One thing I noticed that when I started taking the garlic about a week ago, my hot flashes and night sweats have subsided. Though on the bottle it states for cholestrol lowering. But hey, I will take the results that I am getting with the garlic any day over the hot flashes and night sweats!

What it states on the bottle is for cholesterol, which most people need to lower anyway. So hopefully if you try it you will get the same results that I have for hot flashes. | |

A lot of people who are anemic do not know it and there are some who know it, but do not take their iron. My sister is one of them. I am always reminding her, but she has not started taking them yet.
