Have You Ever Been a Part of a Water Bound Refugee Effort?  

strange you should ask that! my slightly effeminate but rugged uncle Alfie found himself among a boat load of vietnam refugees after an unfortunate incident with a cocaine transfer.

luckily, after just 10 minutes on the raft, (which was 10 minutes too long as it smelled of fish guts which reminded him of his prospective twin kippers back in brazil) he was rescued by a norwegian whaling ship.

the norwegians offered to take him home and uncle alfie was so delighted he went to embrace the captain but he tripped on the dentures that had fallen out of the whale and he fell overboard and watched the ship sail away as he bobbed about the middle of the ocean.

Many years ago in Galveston Texas I took my girlfriend to the beach for an afternoon of relaxation and swimming. When we got out in the surf the life guard mistook her for a beached whale and called the coast guard. We finally got it all sorted out when they realized she was not a whale at all but just a fat cow. But they did request I take her off the beach and back to the barn.

I remember a few years ago we went to one of those water adventure parks.
Fun was being had by all until a 'dump of the day' was found floating in one of the swimming pool

There was mass panic and all the swimmers from the South needed to get to the North of the pool. I ended up part of this refugee effort.
I tried to direct people to a save haven, but there was alot of anger by those already in the North that the ones from the South were taking their sun loungers, trying to come on to their partners, steal their clothes and make the place theirs.

Order was finally restored when the people from the South were given refuge in the mens toilets.
