I always wonderd the way the Romans ate.

Romans prefer to lean back as they eat.They lie in couches, not chairs surrounded the table because eating while lying down is considered a mark of elegance.
How do you consider eating this way?Will it be convenient for you?Ever tried it?

I like how the Romans were eating :) And I am doing it sometimes, on the couch and with the plaid next to me while watching a movie. It cannot be done with every type of food I think, like soup and such as accidents could happen too. It's fun however, and I think it's a very nice way to indulge :)

You shoudln't worry, it has been proven that while eating in horizontal position the food reaches our stomach in a much easier way than when we are sitting on a chair :)
