green leaves or leaf recipes?what kind of dishes do u prepare in ur country?

I want green leaves recipes.I really dont like to eat green leaves,I hate its smell & taste.so i want a recipe which is tasty & i dont feel that i am eating green leaves. If it is like snacks will do. In your place or country how will you prepare dishes using green leaves? I know it is very good for health BUt i really cant make mind to eat it.NOw i am thinking to hv it. Can anyone help me? I am indian & so any indian recipes will also do.
