| Campfire Memories- Guitars and Rindercella  | | | |  When I was a girl, we spent our summers in the country with our extended family. Almost every night, we'd gather around a campfire. The guitars would come out and the entertainment would begin.
Now singing around the fire along with my Uncle's well played 12 string was certainly enjoyable, but the best memory was the telling of a story about Rindercella.
I was lucky enough to find the story written out online and will be sharing the link with you.
We would howl with laughter about her mugly other and two sad bisters. The adults started the howls when she slopped her dripper and we laughed along though we wouldnt realize what they found so much funnier until we were grown.

| |  We went camping a lot as kids and we still go camping lots. We started out camping with a tent since there were eight of us kids and my two parents. Then as an adult with my own children we went camping also with a tent. As time when on we upgraded to a slide on camper. That made it a lot easier to camp and no set up when we got there. Later we upgraded to a motor home. But then it got so expensive on gas when the prices went up, so we sold it and went back to camping in our slide on camper. But now we have gone back to camping with a tent. My kids are grown and gone from home so we find camping with a tent is so much more romantic and cozy for us. We still own the slide on just in case we change our minds again and don't want to tent it anymore, which could happen as we get older.
We love to have camp fires also, but we don't play a guitar or sing around it. We are not a musical family and can not sing very good. I wish we did. It sounds like you have a lot of fun doing this. I love to roast hot dogs and marshmellows over a camp fire. There is nothing else like it.
