radio jockey- how to meet,wat qualifications etc.in bangalore

i am a student studying third year B.E. I have a passion for radio and music.i desire to be in the radio industry as a radio jockey... so what kind of training is needed??whom should i meet?? wat are the basic preparations do i need?and i am serious about the radio career... To be clear,i live in bangalore,india...so could someone guide me ..pleaazzzz!!!1
