 I was watching a tv show of people with extraordinary powers when this question came up. Is Superman really invulnerable? or it is just his suit? although i have seen a scene in superman returns where a man shot superman to his eye and the bullet flattened as it touches his eye. there were also a time that he was being bath with bullets but his suit doesn't acquire any damage. Is his suit invulnerable too? what do you think?

And it definitly begs the question as to how it seems to survive all situations.
I guess it's just one of those easy plot points which you're not meant to give much thought to.

But about the holes after the bullet rach it I think this is one of the rules in the world of heroes that their suit is integral part of them once they wear it so it can't have holes xD Or simply screenplay have the holes in itself xD
