I believe that listening to music definitely helps you stay young. "If you keep on dancin you'll never grow old" - Steve Miller Band...my favorite song of theirs. I think having an active lifestyle helps too. Indulging yourself in things you enjoy when you can could help too. As a child I liked the whole fairytale thing..and find that I still do. I'm not sure that's something that will ever leave me.

oh..no, what a geat song!! I searched for that song just know, the video was very good and featuring youngsters happily enjoying their group skateboards. On listening to the music, I am feeling young at heart, feeling far down from my true age. Thanks a lot jdpartosa, frankly speaking. What a helpless sounding. Humanity has always wondered about it.They never understood why human ages and dies out.They thought that Gods were doing it.
But now our scientific advances i technology has made it clear that aging is a stoppable phenomenon.
It merely just because of the vital resource of DNA called Telomere which serves as the crucial material in dna replication thruout the end of chromosome.it gets depleted quickly after the age of 40+ This materials depletion brings cells disfunction and eventual die out. and when cells' amount decreases in organism , that organism loses its functions also and starts to age.

But there are now researches on it. That it could be stopped even reversed.

I think there would come a day when we could stay forever and live forever :-)

I am narasimon from India. I think a daily routine comprising of physical exercises, yoga and limited or balanced diet can keep us look young always.

Stop struggling with your heart..I belive struggle in any kind won't do us any good..so don't struggle..be victorious..hehe! hope that makes sense..:)

I don't have nay qualms of growing old..in fact I think I'm old right now..but I feel very young at heart..I don't know but I guess it has something the way you percieved love and heart.

I might live an old age but I can always be young and a kiddo in the hand of my God.

Hi jdpartosa! Ah, the fountain of youth should be found soon so we can be forever young. I guess, that is the only solution. haha..I guess, the only place where I can stay forever young is only in my dreams. Haha..Take care and have a nice day.

I wish we really could stay forever young and immortal, because life is so beautiful. Maybe we all can keep praying that soon, scientists will discover a pill that can make us forever young and immortal.

For me, Music, books, TV series, movies, going to concerts, make you young at heart and soul. Plus for your skin, don't forget to apply good moistureiser, masks, body lotion, (SK II and Biotherm works for me, LOL, I spend thousands of dollars for those two products varieties every 4 months). To the top of it, only eat healty food, lots of fruits, and water, no junk, and stay away from the sun. Get your vitamin D for your bone from the tablet (multivitamin pill).

I don’t want to live forever. I want to be a part of the ever-changing world, the ever-changing nature. No stagnancy for me. As for staying young, I sometimes think that I have just got a glimpse of the trick. The first and foremost thing for me is that i never take myself seriously. so worry less, i am offended less, i am hurt less, i feel insulted less and so on. this i believe lessens the lines on my brows lol! secondly is that i laugh a lot, even at myself. if the situation is very tense, i lighten it up by cracking a joke on myself. i dont mind. then i have very simple aspirations about me, my hubby & my only son. i believe in living a life without begging, without ailments, without stress. i never aim for anything high, so maybe my stress level is low. but these are just the ramblings of a 35yrs old who hasnt seen enough of life yet. i believe i have been very lucky till now in the sense that i have never had to face any problems in my life, no hardships or have never even seen death of any near one. and life is definitely incomplete without these experiences. so i really dont know who i will cope with these and whether i can still maintian my happy-go-lucky attitude throughtout my life. but i will try to remain young at heart till i die.

How to stay forever young? Of course, not physically, but emotionally. Easy. Just think and feel young every single second of the day.
