I love exercise.First,I like running.I usually run everyday in the morning.I spend time for 30 minute.Next,I like swimming.I do it at the weekend.I spend time for 45 minute.In my opinion exercise make me fun and freshness.I feel good and active after exercise.Furthermore exercise are good for heart and every path of the body.They make body working efficiency.Finally,I want everybody doing exercise at least 3 times per week for your good health.

hi mari:) I agree with you. Exercises are great for our body abd health. I don't do exercises regurally, because I don't have much time and my work is that kind of work, where you have a lot of activity, a lot of walking. But still, when I have some free time and I try to exercise just to make myself full of energy:).

Thanks for your kind advice to us. It is true that exercise is very helpful in our life, as it helps maintain our body to be physically fit.

Personally, I am fond of exercising and I do it regularly as often as possible.

I wake up early in the morning and start to prepare and ready myself by making a light warm up.

Prior to exercising, I see to it that I was able to drink a lot of water, so that I will not feel dizzy and thirsty when running or jogging. I jogged for about 30 minutes, and I guess that is already enough.

Yeah i beleive that.Exerice not only gives shapes to our body, but also help us to stay in good condition to move our muscels.But not only that, we feel great after exercise and have more energy.I am also exrcising few times a week als like you.I am sometimes really kinda lazy, but After I am done i feel really great.It just make your all body fell different.

Not only that exercise helps you in all the ways discussed above, it also helps you in other aspects too.
Doing exercise on a regular basis helps you develop qualities like discipline, perseverance, and confidence. If you exercise in team environment, it also works on your leadership and team-player skills, all of which are very important in life
