Have you had your best Holiday yet?  

I had the best vaation of my life TWICE when I flew to Arizona. Now that I am married to an American, Arizona is literally my second home, but Sedona Arizona is so wonderful that no matter why I go, no matter how much "real life" I have to deal with, it always feels like a vacation to me.

Ugh! I feel that I'm in a rut right now, the only place I've been through this year was in the world's smallest volcano which is the Taal volcano. I haven't had much time spending on travelling, I guess I have to consider it in the future. I still cannot afford to travel outside the country, but will be glad to spend it in a nice place and then think of a place to go when that time comes!;)

I really enjoy going off traveling, most of all to places in the tropics. I think that your trip to San Andres Island sounds fantastic and it is just the sort of place I like to go. Seeing palm fringed beaches, blow holes and caves must have made your holiday very enjoyable.

One of my best holidays was a cheap plane ticket to Mexico, then bus down to Belize and Guatemala. I went to Caye Caulker Island a very quiet spot to relax for a few days. I enjoyed some superb snorkeling trips from there, seeing sting rays and sharks. Inland I went on an exciting cave adventure that meant swimming and climbing galore. Wow! I stayed in a very high tree house. I got the most amazing view of the sunrise over the jungle, hearing all the animals wake up.

Another wonderful place I have been to is Samoa, in the South Pacific. I loved spending time in little thatched beach huts overlooking gently waving coconut palm trees and a calm blue ocean. I saw blow holes, lava fields, fruit bats in the rain forest and quickly rushing waterfalls. It was a dream to be the only guest on a tiny palm fringed island for a few days. After two days a more guests to stay there arrived. I did so much snorkeling there and saw the beautiful reef and many friendly fish of all different colors.
