La Vida Es Un Ratico - New Juanes Album  | |  Has any of you heard the new album by Juanes? What do you think about it?
I only listened to it twice so far and I quite like it... maybe it is not my favourite of his albums but I like it..in particular i like Minas Piedras because it talks of something as sad as landmines in Colombia and their innocent victims...and the song with Campino, the German singer...it is amazing just how far this man got without having to compromise and sing in another language to sell his music...he simply followed his heart and soul and that brought him further than many others who change who they are just to make more money or to have more fame!
I would like to know if any of you listened to it already, what are your thoughts about it.

| | | 2. mjasmin (85) | 1 year ago |  Juanes is very talented I like his sound. I haven't heard this new album I mostly know this album Un Dia Normal, I saw one of his concerts on television wow! Some of the Un Dia Normal songs are on the Mi Sangre album, I also heard and saw La Camisa Negra.
Anyway I'm pretty sure he did a good job in his latest album. I once heard read a comment he made about singing in English where he said he wouldn't do it. At the time he didn't say it was because he viewed it as a compromise. It seemed to me that he only said he's more comfortable singing in Spanish (by the way he doesn't seem to speak too much English).
