Finally Got My MP3 Player!!  |

 Today I went shopping and finally got something I've been wanting for a long time-an MP3 Player. I probably would have continued to put it off, but a local store had this great sale, so I decided to go ahead and buy it. I was a little disappointed when I looked for it once I got in the store and could not find it. The salesperson then said that their particular store didn't receive any of them. I was a tad upset, but went ahead and bought one that I liked even though I had to pay $10 more for it. I am calling it my early Christmas present. It will probably take me that long to learn to use it properly. If anyone has any pointers, I'd be happy for the advice.

2.  oneandonemakesix (24038) | 3 years ago |  Windows may look at it as a seperate device on its own....and transfering music from you computer to your mp3 player may be easier than you think and you might not need any special software.
I have a satellite radio which doubles as an mp3 player, and when I hook it up to my computer I just copy and paste the songs where I want them....
I bet learning to use it will be easier than you think.

| worldwise1 (6111) | 3 years ago | I don't know if the brand is popular where you live, oneandone, but it is around here. It is a GPX 1 gigabyte. If all goes well, I might upgrade to a better model, but this will be great for a start for me. I also get 50 free downloads with it! | |

I use it in the car on the way to and from work and sometimes sneak and listen to it while I am working, I listen to it when I am cooking and doing other chores and even sometimes when I sit down to relax or read a book.

I've always wanted to get a mp3 player, but I haven't got the chance to. no money hehe. I would love to get an ipod but ipods are so expensive here. I keep using my money to buy other things that I don't have enough money to buy an mp3 player for myself. perhaps someday!

| 6. mlhuff12 (404) | 3 years ago |  good for you. i got my mp3 player like you did. it was on sale for $80 that holds 5 gb. i thought that is great. and i just love it. it is the only thing that keeps me awake at work.:) with my certain mp3 player (which is a rca) it uses windows media player to sync all my music on it. actually i am working on putting more songs on it from all my cd collection. it is 1 am and i'm still trying to fill it up. 5 gb can really go far!!
