Speaking only of the US government of course I would have to say they use more toilet paper because they are so full of sh**!

When one is reading the congressional record how can one tell the difference?

Everything that the government puts down on paper should be used for toiltet paper anyway...

Definitely toilet paper, but all the fun stuff I wanted to say is already taken. :(

Within the UK government I would have to say hardly any toilet paper is used as they lick each others ar@es so much they shine!!
As for their printing paper, this is what I use, as I get so much crap from them I need something to wipe it all away!!

I most certainly think more toilet paper is used, especially on those occasions when one has the *gasps* loose shats, then one might be so inclined to use up nearly the whole roll at one sitting. I hardly use that much printing paper in comparison, but as which is more productive? Mmmm...perhaps the printing paper for while one can't use printing paper the same way as toilet paper, it can have many uses other than printing out important letters or documents. For instance, when one no longer needs those old letters or documents, one can use that paper to line a bird cage to catch droppings, or carry around some of the papers on hand, in case one accidentally steps in dog leavings and scrap the offending material off of ones shoe with that paper

What a topic! I could really have some fun with this one because the possibilities are just so endless. Now, let's see where to begin. Too bad you didn't add a newspaper in the mix since that goes with the toilet paper so well. I think I'd have to say that they probably use more toilet paper than printing paper because I think that the men especially spend much more time in the bathroom. After all, they don't seem to produce much of anything that seems to be work related. After all, most government employees aren't even required to really do their job to keep their job. What a sad state of affairs.

I suspect the former is used more often,but the latter is far more productive.
