Is Hotel management is a good job?  

I was a hotel manager for seven years, and I would not do it again. It has its benefits, but for the most part, it's a pretty thankless job, in my opinion. You are on call 24 hours a day, you have to work weekends and holidays, and you have to deal with kids with terrible attitudes and poor work ethic. Not to mention unhappy guests yelling at you often.

This is only my opinion. I know many hotel managers who truly love their jobs. I'll be curious to see what others have to say.

I believe it is a good job especially when you will be assigned in F&B Section because you are not attending for monthly salary but also for tips,oftenly you could meet another people aside from your colleague and I can assure you it is good worked and I am affiliated in the Hotel for 5 years.
