salsa, latin, samba or jamba dance??  

haha.. i would like to learn them both too.. But my body is too stiff for all the twisting and turning..LOL

I like watching these kind of dances being performed on television also. I have seen many versions of samba dancing and they all have a different flavor to them like ice cream at BAskin and Robbins. Different flvors for different layers. But, back to the subject at hand, I used to be into latin dances when I was younger. I am no longer into it. They were fun to watch because they were high energy. Different dances for different people.

Nobody is too old for such dances. Such dances are specially designed and suitable for people of all ages. IT might be fast, but those moves are not as hard nor strong like hip hop, and whatever is there. Ballroom dancing is all about grace instead of style and that's what makes it different
