Job opening for dentist or dental assistant in Australia for migrants?

I am a dentist here in the Philippines, and I would like to apply for any dental related job openings in Australia. I also have a certificate for Specialization in the field of Orthodontics, which was awarded last March 2005. I have been working as a dentist for 2 years and 7 months. I have my own clinic, but still I would like to work and gain more experiences for my field of expertise. I do know that Australia is a nice country to be in, people are more open-minded and versatile. It would be a great honor for me to be able to offer service to your country and fellowmen.
