who lets there kids watch the Backyardigans?  |

|  my youngest son loves them and watches it everyday. I even prerecord it on my DVR so he will always have it, also besides the fact that one of the characters has the same name as him, I like the fact that when the characters pretend to be something else they still use there name so it wont confuse the kids, for example there was a show where they were surfers, so it was surfer Austin etc..

| |  My son loves that show! Honestly I think it is kinda annoying with the singine, but he likes it so I don't really care. I do record them for him ( smile) so he can watch it whenever he wants to.

I think it's a really adorable show. I like the fact that the characters are all different without obviously representing real life ethnic groups like some shows do. I know that's something kids don't think about, only adults, but I still think it's important. It's nice mix of boys and girls too...again, not something kids care about, just one of things moms watch out for.
