The Adults are doing it again! Stop creating problems and blaming the kids!  | |  Leave Santa alone - PLEASE!! LEt that jolly old soul alone and able to bring happiness to the kids! I read this on Yahoo News today that in Australia they are not allowing Santas to say Ho Ho Ho but now must say Ha Ha Ha as they don't want to offend women because the Ho part is US slang for prostitiute.

Here are adults creating problems where there aren't any AGAIN and seems to me that any little kid that still believes in Santa and knows the conotation of the slang meaning of ho should have their parents examined for being good parents - its not something you say in front of kids any more than other "bad" slang words. But now, they are making the kids pay for the adults bad ways. Give me a break. I say HO HO HO and look forward to hearing about Santa coming to my grand kids house!

This is Santa as we have always known him. You can not change him. I think the parents should start taking responsibility for their own children instead of trying to blame everyone else.

I myself, although having heard that word before, wold NEVER had put the two together! I thought the point of NOT doing something was to make things better, but in reality it just gives more control to those associated with it. You think those gang members are at home crying because "kids can't wear our colors to school!" No, they are saying "Now that everyone knows what "our" colors are, they'll know who we are and stand at attention".
