What is it? The Holy Grail: Famous chalise or royal bloodline?  

The fabled bejeweled chalise from the last supper that caught the spilled blood of Christ. to begin with in my opinion this chalise is purely mith. Jesus was a poor mand so wouldn't have used a bejeweled chalise. there is nothing in the bible to indicate that any chalise was used to catch the blood of Jesus. Also there is no real basis for Mary Magdelan being the wife of Jesus or for her to have His children. I believe that both are myths. Yes Jesus loved Mary but his love for many others are also recorded.

I think the Holy Grail is a myth and based in legend. It does not exist same as King Arthur, Camelot and the Nights of the Round table did not exist.
As for a Royal bloodline - this theory was postulated in Dan Brown's book the Da Vinci Code. It is fiction and it is presented as such.

I think that whatever the original meaning of the Holy Grail was, ORyans, it has become corrupted by successive generations of religious and non-religious people who have completely distorted the meaning. It, like many other things dealing with Christianity, has fallen victim to the interpretations of whomever wished it to be whatever they wanted. My earliest belief was that it was an embellished cup that was used by Jesus.

This is a Gnostic myth, they have a book called the gnostic gospels, they created books that they wanted added to the bible. They were told that they would not be added because they were not part of the canon. They chose the books by their authenticity(from the scrolls), by apostalic identification, witnesses to the fact and by their ability to mesh in their entirety with all the other books of the bible. The Gnostics wanted their heretical beliefs added to the bible so they created their own gospels, they wanted to undermine the authority of the bible. One of the books called the book of Thomas blatantly says something that would go against everything the bible says..

It says that at the end of the so called book of Thomas:

Simon Peter said to them (the disciples): Let Mary leave us, for woman are not worthy of Life." Jesus said, I myself shall lead her, in order to make her male, so that she too may become a living spirit, resembling you males. For every woman who will make herself male will enter the kingdom of Heaven.

Jesus would not tell you in one part of the bible that homosexuality is a sin and then change his mind by making her a lesbian to get into heaven, nor would Jesus say that women cant go to heaven when he planly tells women that they too will inherit the kingdom.

So these books were dismissed as heretical and deemed crazy by the church.

The grail to which you refer is a cup. It is myth. In Jewish culture the feast(Passover) they were celebrating was done with a clay cup that looks nothing like the portrayal. There is no historical record of any cup being present at His death. The whole conspiracy theory of a cover up is a lie. "The devil is a liar and he decieves the whole world."(paraphrased) Jesus had no wife, and I can't even follow your rationalization of homosexuality and bloodlines. I hope this helps.
