Stuff it  

For stocking fillers I have bought diaries in the past as they always come in handy, I always like to receive a diary for Christmas, even two is useful as I can keep one for journal writing and one just for appointments. Stationery is also a good idea people like pens too, and if you are like me who do crosswords I am always searching for a pen! Oh and finally the best stocking filler of them all - chocolate!

I am putting a small purse-size bottle of Purell hand sanitizer in everyone's stocking this year! Flu season is here and folks should use the sanitizer often when they are handling public items such as doorknobs, tables, chairs, phones etc! I also include one of the purse-size packages of kleenex in the ladie's stockings. It is a bit harder for me to find things for men's stockings...as they don't carry purses! Ha!

My parents always put simple things in my brother and my stocking. Not gifts persay but things like candy when we were kids. Underwear or socks. razors, makeup, shampoo, soap, lotion... shaving cream. Things like that. Puzzles are always good.

I mean, what adult doesn't like candy bars or gum or mints? what adults don't need some shaving cream or razors? candles would work. there are a ton of things. you just gotta go look.

for small gifts I usually give to my husband a CD or something, usually one that I want too, and its cheap, but I don't do a lot of gift giving outside of our family.

I used to buy for the whole family a little something, but I don't have as much money now, and getting my kids something they understand is right now priority, even if its not much, hopefully in the near future we can start doing more at Christmas.

but I'm at a loss, I would suggest hitting a place like 5 below to see what you can find...depends on the person, perfume, maybe a shirt, or necklace, I don't know I buy so few things for people outside of my family, as I have said, that I'm stumped.

Lets see what do I want in my stocking? I would like some chocolate of course! And my next favorite thing would be candles or tarts. Tarts perferrably they would fit nicely in the stocking. And I like vanilla scent or Christmas cookie.

LED flesh light, no battery needed ever, may cost between $7 to 20 per one. I get 2 for $14....I love this product, I have one in ,my car, one with dogs bag to have for night walk.

I love doing stocking stuffers! I usually put new toothbrushes and other stuff like that, but also some *good* things too. For my older child I'll put $10 gift cards for gas or McDonalds. For my younger kids, they will each be getting a Webkinz or some other small toys. For hubby I always put his favorite Dilvert desk calendar and also some bars of good quality dark chocolate.
