new house  | |  We are still waiting on our new home. See we got our trailer through FHA and it has been a hassle. The trailer place we got the trailer from says that FHA recently changed a lot of their guidelines and they are still learning all the new guidelines. Through FHA everything has to be done by code and everything done in certain order and all. Right now all we are waiting on is for them to come and do the underpinning of the trailer. After that FHA has to come done and do what they call a final walk thruogh which is where they walk with you around the trailer and all in the trailer to make sure everything is done right and fine before they will sign the final papers and give us the keys to our trailer. If you are familiar with FHA or had any problems getting your first place I would love to hear your comments about it.
