Biggest challengers this year?

I think it would still be Barca that is going to run Real close till the end. The season is panning out more or less like last season, only that Barca and Real have swapped places. Remember Real went on snick it from Barca on the last day. Barca must be dreaming of a similar achievement this year!!

well .. its got to be barcelona ...althou villareal, athletico madrid, espanyol who are at 3rd, 4th, 5th positon in the standing ..i dont think they would be able to maintain there form thru out the season .. and pose a serious threat to the title challenge . it surely gonna boil down to the big 2 of the spanish la liga, real madrdi and barcelona and i think real madrid . is gonna pip barca to the post again this season too:)

ofcourse.it wil be barcelona.there wil occur a rivalry between them.barcelonian players are also good having the ability and know the play mode.but our great madrid wil not loose because of their players abilities,tactics and team work/

El Madrid went off for a pretty good start after settling itself last year. They kept the dorsal intact and added more team players. Other competitors were in assembly mode this beginning of the season so they should close up later. Villareal and Atletico are doing good - if they have replacements to be used during the season is yet to be seen.
Barcelona is going thru one of those phases and that can motivate them in the end.

Hi! I am sure Barcelona will win this year. Barcelona play without Etoo or Ronaldihno..and win a lots of games.Madrid without Nistelroy have problems to make goal.Barcelon have very young players and they have a good moral...each minute for this players its a batle.Barcelona have to win this year!!
